Building for the Colorado Climate
Colorado throws everything at a building: 300+ days of sun, dramatic temperature swings, hail, wind, and snow loads that vary wildly by elevation. Specifying materials for a Front Range warehouse is not the same job as specifying for a mountain-town retail build.
We pay close attention to roof assemblies, envelope detailing, and expansion joints. Hail-rated membranes, properly fastened metal panels, and tested flashing details make the difference between a roof that lasts 25 years and one that leaks in five.
The takeaway: get the envelope right and the rest of the building takes care of itself.
