How We Keep Tenant Improvements On Schedule

A tenant improvement project has one job: get the space ready by the move-in date. Every week of delay is rent the tenant is paying on a space they can't use.

We start every TI with a pre-construction meeting that locks in the long-lead items — HVAC equipment, custom millwork, specialty lighting — before drawings are even stamped. We sequence trades to keep the critical path tight and we hold weekly OAC meetings so issues surface fast.
